2. TERMS OF SALE (RENTAL SERVICES)
2.1 Contract Formation Procedure
1.    Client inquiry – via website, email, or phone.
2.    Offer – Terzo Projekt d.o.o. provides an offer with terms (accommodation, duration, price).
3.    Acceptance of the offer – in writing or by paying the deposit.
4.    Contract conclusion – deemed upon receipt of the deposit.
5.    Reservation confirmation – client receives confirmation with details.
2.2 Payment Methods and Terms
•    Bank transfer – to the above IBAN.
•    Card payment – via the Stripe system.
Payment terms:
•    Reservation confirmed with a 40 % deposit.
•    Remaining balance due no later than 14 days before service start.
•    Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be paid in full immediately.
2.3 Service Delivery
•    Service is considered delivered upon handing over the keys.
•    Check-in: from 15:00; check-out: by 10:00.
•    Upon arrival, client must present personal identification for registration.
2.4 Transport Costs
•    Transport to the accommodation is not included and is the client's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
2.5 Contractual Obligations and House Rules
•    Accommodation is for private use and must comply with house rules.
•    Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
•    Any damage must be reimbursed for repair or replacement.
•    Terzo Projekt d.o.o. may cancel the reservation for non-compliance.
2.6 Cancellation and Refund Policy
•    Cancellation ≥ 30 days before arrival: full refund of deposit.
•    Cancellation 29–14 days before arrival: 40 % of deposit retained.
•    Cancellation < 14 days before arrival: 100 % retained.
2.7 General Terms and Consumer Protection
•    GDPR and relevant Croatian laws apply (including force majeure).
•    Jurisdiction: court in the seat of Terzo Projekt d.o.o.
•    These terms are integral to the contract and confirmed by deposit payment.
2.8 Export Restrictions Statement
•    Service is not subject to export control unless required by client's country regulations.
2.9 Ethical Codes
•    Operations adhere to ethical standards of the tourism industry; details available on the website.
2.10 After-Sales Service and Warranty
•    Rental service only; no maintenance services provided beyond addressing complaints.
•    Complaints must be submitted immediately; appropriate action will follow.
2.11 Contract Withdrawal (Consumer Protection Act)
•    Client has the right to withdraw within 14 days of contract formation if service has not started.
•    Refunds issued within 14 days of withdrawal request.
•    Withdrawal right expires if service has commenced.
2.12 Complaints
•    Can be submitted during or immediately after the service.
•    If valid, client will be offered a refund or a replacement service of equal or higher standard.
2.13 Personal Data Protection
Terzo Projekt d.o.o. collects only necessary data, informs clients about usage, provides marketing opt-out, and securely stores data accessible only to authorized personnel in compliance with GDPR.

Price (01/01/2025 – 31/12/2025): EUR 350.00 per night (parking not included), including all taxes and fees.
2.15 Payment Method Statement (Stripe)
•    Stripe is used for online card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
•    Stripe is a secure system using SSL with 256 bit encryption, TLS 1.2 protocol, and PCI DSS certification
